• PET POLICY 

• - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets.

• - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.

• - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.

• - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.

• - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.

• - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.

• - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

• HOUSE RULES:

• - Nashik locals and stags are not allowed at this property.

• - Tempo travellers and mini buses are not allowed as they cannot enter through the internal road and gate.

• - Guests do not have access to the kitchen for cooking.

• - Footwear is not allowed inside the premises of the villa.

• - Breakfast will be served between 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.

• - Guests are strictly not allowed inside the pool after 8 PM.

• - Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

• - Loud music is strictly not allowed. Soft music can be played till 09:00 PM. Guests are requested to refrain from playing music near the pool area.

• - Food & drinks are strictly not allowed inside the pool.

• - All guests must provide valid government-approved identification documents at the time of check-in.

• POLICIES

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
