Nice clean rooms
Overall, I had a very positive experience staying here. The dormitory was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that you have to walk around 300 meters from the main road to reach the property, which can be a little inconvenient with luggage. Also, since the same person at the reception manages almost everything, it can sometimes take quite a while for concerns or requests to be resolved. The 1 p.m. check-in time is another minor drawback. Apart from these points, everything else was very good, and I would overall recommend staying here.

Very good
Though it's outskirts of the city but, connect to city. They have good garden space around. They have good indoor activities for the late evening.

Good Value Stay with Scope for Improvement
The stay offered good value for money with clean rooms and courteous, helpful staff. While the overall experience was pleasant, the location wasn’t the most convenient and some facilities could benefit from upgrades. A solid budget-friendly option if you’re looking for basic amenities and friendly service.

Excellent
We stayed at goSTOPS Ooty as a group of 10 friends. The stay was great — the rooms were super clean and the entire property was very well maintained. However, the front desk staff were quite rude and unhelpful, which really affected our overall experience. Hope the management looks into this, as the place itself is really nice.
