Location is not central thekkady but a decent city center area with scenic views of tea plantations and lakes. Scrumptious breakfast with decent options. Rooms were clean, airy and spacious. Had issues with staff as service was not prompt and there was nobody from housekeeping or front desk to attend calls. Hot water was not available 24*7. Otherwise a relatively comfortable stay. Appreciate management to allow us a late check out.

Amazing facilities with disinterested staff

Excellent
Springdale is well maintained, has ample space in the rooms with dedicated storage area, dressing area. Rooms were clean, sufficient parking space, hospital staff, dinner was excellent however breakfast options were limited and taste was average. I strongly recommend this place for maintenance of rooms, cleanliness, hospitality and food taste and quality. You may skip breakfast while opting for the property.

Good but need to improve.
We had checked in late. There was only one toothbrush, hot water was not coming during morning time. Evening after complaining it took them more than a hour. Food was good, no issue of food. Staff was very supportive. They don’t have AC in rooms, but no where while booking rooms they have mentioned about this. Climate is good, during night it.is cold so AC not required. But since it is not mentioned while booking room so we were looking for AC. staff was friendly.

Pleasant and Wonderful Stay
The rooms were very clean and spacious. Balcony view amidat the rain made the entire atmosphere chill and pleasant. Visiting in December time, so there was a bit of cold weather overall and hence didn't require AC. Food was also pretty good but options a bit limited. Only point to improve was the availability of swimming pool. The staff had reported the pool to be under maintenance. Having the pool facility would have definitely enhanced the quality of stay. Nonetheless overall rating of 9/10 in terms of value for money and ease of access.
