I recently stayed at Regnant Lucknow in a Club King room (single adult). The property itself is good and located in a prime area on Nirala Nagar IT College Road, making it very convenient for accessing key parts of the city. The room was neat, clean, and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, I would like to draw the attention of the management for better traing of their staff. No one to receive, lack of warmth at reception, poor service staff traing as in one of the occasion service staff squeezed in with fully loaded trays, making the already small space chaotic. However Mr. Jitendra who escorted me to the room was a decent person and was nice to talk too. Overall, it’s a good hotel but must work on guest experience. I’d recommend it for its location and comfortable rooms, but expect improved modest service by people.

The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood. It is maintained well. Had booked an executive room with twin beds but apparently twin beds are only available in a Club Room. The front desk upgraded is at no charge without any issues. The rooms themselves are decent sized and fitted out well. The on site bar is nice as well. Would certainly recommend it

If you need a proper work desk in your room, I’d recommend booking a Club Room instead of the Executive Room, as the Executive Room doesn’t have one. I mentioned this to the staff, and they kindly upgraded my stay on request. The staff were polite, professional, and very accommodating throughout my stay. The food was also very good. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Great relief after a stressful day of work
