Overall it`s very satisfactory. The location is very close to Assi Ghat. That`s an added advantage.

Assi Ghat is so close

The stay was ok though there were a few problems with the bath room. We had booked 2 rooms, in that one bathroom geyser wasn’t working for one day, then it was repaired. While in the other, the exhaust fan wasn’t working at all. There was no place to keep the soap and shampoo in the bathroom on the wet side and the partition between the wet and dry is of no use as the water seeps from under the door easily. Proper planning of bathroom is necessary for a very good experience. The location and the staffs were good.

Pros - 1. Location near Assi ghat (3 min walking distance) 2. Spacious and clean rooms - Rooms on 3rd floor i.e. Suite rooms are quite spacious compared to 2nd floor rooms i.e. Premium Deluxe rooms 3. Staff is exceptionally polite and attentive 4. Service is also good except that of food services which takes too much time to prepare and serve 5. Provides good and reasonable price for car services as well as private boat rides Cons - 1. No lift as of November 2024 (lift is being installed and will take some time) 2. No insect repellant or protective measures to counter the insects and flies which are found this time of the year across North India 3. Food service is quite slow and taste is average; price is also onvthe higher side 4. Their complimentary breakfast is deceptive as one is allowed to take limited amount of items and quantities 5. No view of Ganga river or Assi ghat from rooms - only negligible views from 3rd floor rooms We stayed there for 2 nights during Diwali and almost all shops/restaurants remained closed due to Diwali. So had to consume their food for most of the time. They do not allow non-veg and alcohol consumption in their premises and also customised the menu items to take care of our demand for no onion no garlic food
