모노텔 럭셔리 비즈니스 호텔

Very good behaviour of the staff..

Very run down

Stayed at this hotel for couple days while on a conference trip. It had trappings of a luxury hotel. The check-in process was smooth & fast with very courteous & warm staff. Brief interactions with the staff indicated their professionalism and courteous attitude....hats off to the trainers. My room was pretty cozy, comfortable and clean. However, the upkeep was disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The room didn't have access card lock ; the lock was pretty tricky to get it locked. The furniture in the room looked chipped in many places and didn't seemed to have been polished in a long time. The temperature controller kept coming out of its enclosure every time I used it. The cupboard had absolutely no place to place my clothes; just enough space to hang couple of clothes. Altogether mixed feelings about the room; felt like luxurious 2 star hotel than a 4 star place. Breakfast was not a very large spread but was decent buffet; no complaints there. Place is ok if you are staying only for couple of days and not expecting major luxuries. Otherwise, not worth it.

We had a good stay at the hotel. The location was great, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout our stay. The facilities could have been better maintained, and cleanliness needs some improvement. Overall it was a good place to stay with family. I do recommend it for its value for money, convenient location helpful staff and decent facilities.

The experience was largely positive, especially with the bathroom facilities and convenient airport access making things easy. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the cleanliness could use some improvement, and the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable. Additionally, transport options weren't ideal, and the view left something to be desired, but overall, it offered good value for money and decent facilities.
