From the moment I stepped in, I was treated to unparalleled service, warmth and luxury. Ambiance The hotel's elegant design, tasteful decor and serene atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. The lobby, rooms and amenities were immaculately maintained. Hotel has its own parking space. Service The staff were courteous, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special mention to the concierge team for their invaluable assistance. Staff is always ready to help for any issue. They patiently address your issue and suggest the solutions, Rooms My room was spacious, well-appointed and boasted decent decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the room service, Free WiFi and cable channels were perfect. Dining The hotel's restaurant served exquisite cuisine, with a range of options to suit every taste. Breakfast was particularly impressive which was free included in my booking. Each and every item had a great taste and the serving staff were humble and very hospitable. Location Centrally located, with easy access to key attractions and near Railway Station at a distance of 2 km. Hotel provides pickup and drop service BUT only for Airport and Railway Station, point to consider. Tariffs Hotel offers attractive tariffs and if you book online, you get better deals with some free complementary services like free breakfast. Overall you get a great staying experience on a moderate price. I had to book a bus as my train was running 14 hours late but had to take an auto for reaching at the stand. Besides, if you are expecting services like Spa or Swimming Pool etc, these are not available by the way. Verdict : Playotel Inn Anmol Classic is an exceptional choice for travelers seeking a luxurious retreat in Jabalpur. I wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to returning. Value for money stay. Definitely outperformed expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

We stayed in the hotel for approximately one month and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The reception staff, room service, parking attendants, and restaurant staff were all excellent. However, we were disappointed with the management's approach of allowing locals to use the rooms for drinking purposes, resulting in disturbances throughout the night. Since these individuals were associated with the hotel's owner, there was little that could be done to address the issue. We would advise against tarnishing the hotel's reputation in this manner. The hotel should be used solely for guest accommodation, rather than serving as a recreational venue for the owner's friends. Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel as we could not tolerate the disturbances for three consecutive nights
