Location of the resort is very good and Staff was very supportive and food also good but the facilities in room is not up to the level compared to other competitive resorts,

Pros: Great location with fabulous view of the beach down. Elixir is located away from the crowded Varkala beach and therefore you can enjoy the beach to yourself. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel through stairs from the garden. Rooms are spot clean and staff responds promptly to our requests. Frontdesk is helpful and arrange taxi and auto services to nearby places. Cons: Food is average. The small restaurant is too crowded during breakfast. Its difficult to get a table . Breakfast starts only at 8.30.

Our stay at Elixir Cliff was truly wonderful. This is one of the best places for couples who want peace, privacy, and relaxation. The breathtaking sea view, calm atmosphere, and private beach access made our trip unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall ambiance was simply amazing. Watching the sunset from the cliff was the highlight of our stay. If you are looking for a romantic getaway in Varkala, I would definitely recommend Elixir Cliff. Thank you for making our vacation so special.

All the basic things that a couple looks for, Elixer has: Ambience, Location, Cleanliness, Food, Beach, and Access. Everything is good except the check-in time. 02:00 PM is pathetic and unacceptable. Staff are not friendly, even when they had rooms available by 10 or 11 AM, they made us wait until 1:00 PM, and treated us as if they favoured us by allocating the room by 1 pm.

The location is fantastic. The staff is excellent. I woud mention Bheem, Ruchika and Reshmi who served me food. They are lovely people. The reception guys are good too. I had an issue with my room. They changed it and gave me a better room. Now, let me give some free advice to the owner. Though they know business better than me, I believe they need to learn too. First, please pay attention to maintenance (fungus in rooms, shabbily maintained cupboards and ceilings, rusted fans, gaps in doors, rust in water bottles, etc). The property is beautiful and you're lucky to have great staff. Please maintain it better. Second, add more varity (like the next door cafe) to the food. Why would you encourage your customers to eat outside? Third, never take customersfor granted. I hope you take my free advice with an open heart and keep that heavenly place truly heavenly.
