We were looking for a serene location and good customer service at a reasonable rate in Kumarakom. Backwater Breeze was just the right place. Lake view property with decent rooms. Customer service was really good. The service mindset was reflecting in the behaviour of the staff. Very much infant friendly. They allowed us their kitchen to prepare food for our baby and even served a boiled egg for him without being asked. They lent us their own umbrella during rain. Arranged for our customized boating with pick and drop right in front of the property. Let us park our car even after check out. Genuinely customer friendly. Ideal location with access points to town and boating with restaurants nearby. Overall it was a well spent holiday with our baby feeling so comfortable.

SCENIC LOCATION & GREAT HOSPITALITY

We were looking for a serene location and good customer service at a reasonable rate in Kumarakom. Backwater Breeze was just the right place. Lake view property with decent rooms. Excellent

Nice place to stay overlooking the backwaters with lots of chirping of birds early in the morning. The service was very good. An elderly lady and her niece manage this property. Both are very cordial and good hosts. The young lady arranged for us a boat ride and a houseboat cruise as well as a cab for our return journey to Kochi airport. There are two eateries close by but the food was not of our liking however there is a restaurant Arya Durga Bhavan some three kilometres from this place. They deliver good pure vegetarian food. Overall, it is was a good and enjoyable stay.

Awesome location awesome host

Great place to stay for peace and nature lovers. The owners of the place are awesome people. Very supportive and warm. Feels like you are staying at home. Deebu the care taker is extremely supportive and great person. Must stay place in Kumarakom. Better than lot of 5 star facilities.

Stay at Backwater Breeze Hotel

It was a nice calm and peaceful place, homestay, the host Ajis and his mother are excellent hosts, and they were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and food was not very spicy and home cooked taste. The road leading to the premises is narrow and not tarred for about 800 mtrs, hence the next road is a bit longer but it is well layed and two cars can cross without issues. It is nice to walk around and watch the backwaters and birds too, close the he Bird Sanctuary
