Pros: Exceptional Staff (10/10): The service here is outstanding. The staff are incredibly attentive and even reached out before our check-in to confirm our arrival time and make sure everything was prepared. Beautiful Grounds & Clean Facilities: The resort is very clean, and the outdoor landscaping is beautiful, surrounded by vibrant flowers and pine trees. Unbeatable Value: The prices are very affordable right now because they are currently expanding and building additional phases. It is definitely worth booking now before rates go up once full construction finishes! Nearby Highlights: Despite being further out, there are great spots close by. Kids will love Balava Chocolate House (our family easily spent a whole day there), and there are excellent dining options along Hung Vuong Street, just a 15–20 minute drive away. Cons / Tips for Travelers: Location & Road Conditions: The resort is located further out in Lac Duong. The main downside is that the access roads lack streetlights at night. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend traveling here by motorbike after dark. Taking a taxi back and forth can also get quite expensive and isn't very cost-effective.

Staff service is exceptional. I didn’t have too high an expectation going to the hotel but yes they’ve been very helpful. Environment is made comfortable and feel safe.

직원들 친절한데 영어소통가능자가 적고 식당과 편의점은 있어서 여기서 이틀 묵는데 불편하지는 않았어요. 근데 숙소근처 산책할만한 곳이 마땅치 않았어요. 빌라동이 연결된 곳 정도 빌라는 가격대비 크고 넓어 대가족이 와서 바베큐해먹으면 좋겠어요. 숙소에서 쉬고싶다하면 와보는걸 추천 주변은 산과 비닐하우스만 있어요.

We stayed in the off season so only a few people here. The location is about 10 klms from the city and some think that is far. I came to Da Lat to see the mountains and other sites, so do not want to stay in the city. I am surrounded by mountains, forrest and relatively quiet. Staff exceptional. We hired a Grab/uber for $aud10 per hour (min 5 hours) he took us everywhere and showed us places tourist don't normally go.

Everything is great only one small problem is a little bit far from the town.
