Very good place to stay in Yarra Valley, close to many attractions, wineries, Recently refurbished it seems, attention to details (many USB sockets for example), very clean, Excellent for staying overnight Recommended without any problem.

Location is good, near to township. Very comfortable and clean room. Price also affordable

We arrived at approximately 10:13pm to check in. When we arrived, the reception counter was already closed and all the lights were off. We did not realize that the receptionist was inside the reception area. A short while later, the receptionist came out. It is possible that the sound of our car arriving woke her up, although we cannot be certain. I politely greeted her by saying, "Hi, we would like to collect our room key. However, the receptionist immediately raised her voice and said, "You're very rude. I sent you a message saying our reception closed at 9 PM. You never replied. Australia is like that—you should reply to messages." I remained calm and explained that, based on my previous experiences staying at other motels in Australia, late check-in keys are often placed in a key box or letterbox for guests arriving after reception closes. After handing us the key, the receptionist forcefully slammed the swing grill door and then banged the swing wooden door shut. Her attitude and behavior made us feel very unwelcome. I fully understand and respect your late check-in policy. If I had seen the message earlier, I would certainly have replied. However, I believe guests should still be treated with courtesy and respect. A polite explanation would have been much more appropriate. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback. I hope this matter can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Everything is clean and tidy, the maintenance is very good. Bathroom is also very neat. I love this place.
