Regency Park Hotel, Health Club & Spa

We will be returning to this hotel. We loved the spacious room 128. The staff were all helpful, kind and polite. We'd had an horrendous journey and this was just what we need to feel human again. The pool, saunas and meal were an excellent end to the day.

I was a shame the lift was broken however the staff were amazing and managed to sort our room out Agoda wasn’t much help in getting in sorted however the staff there made everything easy and we got the room we needed in the end

Clean & Tidy room, friendly staff

Good value for money but feels 20 years old. Lift was rickety and felt unsafe. Hot tub was closed. Restaurant was closed for dinner. Otherwise an enjoyable stay with decent breakfast and a nice pool.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times as my work takes me round the country and the wife usually comes with me, the rooms are lovely and with the executive rooms you get the added bonus of a balcony, also these rooms are very spacious for the price and always very clean. The hotel has good facilities and the staff are always very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel
