Rooms are very dirty.food is very bad.instead of mentioning breakfast and charged but not provided .

Except location and a very good restaurant, there is nothing to mention about this place. The spring Bed was completely in bad shape, bathroom was dirty, no dressing table or mirror inn the room. You have got only in the bathroom. No towels were given, would not recommend this place to anyone

The cleanliness and hygiene were absolutely subpar, which completely ruined my stay. When I first entered the room, I was greeted with an unpleasant odor that seemed to come from unclean carpets and possibly mold. The bathroom was the biggest letdown – there were stains on the walls and tiles, and the shower had visible soap scum buildup. Towels appeared old and had a strange, musty smell, which made me question whether they had been properly cleaned. The bedding wasn’t any better. There were noticeable stains on the sheets, and I had to ask for fresh linens. Even after that, I couldn’t shake the feeling that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in ages. Dust was everywhere, and I even found a couple of hairs on the floor and in the bathroom sink. Additionally, the hotel didn’t seem to take hygiene seriously in public areas. The elevators were dirty, and the hallway carpets had visible dirt stains. I also noticed that the common areas, like the lobby and dining area, were not well-maintained – furniture was worn out, and the overall environment felt neglected. The hotel staffs were miserable and not welcoming. I understand that sometimes hotels can be a bit rundown, but cleanliness is the bare minimum, and this place didn’t meet that standard at all. Given the poor state of hygiene, I won’t be returning and definitely can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The bathroom was not clean and was poorly maintained. The room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional and not welcoming, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast that was promised was not provided. Overall, the service did not match the expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed. Water bottle not provided. Worth it
