Small place but humble people. Very good service

The stay was okay but they can improve few things. 1. The outside lights were totally off and because of that I was not able to locate it at 6 PM. 2. The gate was closed, not sure why. It seemed like no one come here. 3. After opening the gate myself (there was no security staff), I no one was on the reception. 4. After waiting for more than 5 minutes, one person connected me with the Manager and then I checked in in the room. 5. There was wash basin drainage issue which they didn't solved throughout my stay. Instead of going down, the drained water was coming back in room 201. Good things: 1. The staff is very friendly. 2. Rooms were clean. 3. Food was decent. 4. Provided basic things like soap, shampoo, disposable slippers, tea-coffee sachets, kettle etc.

Stay: We stayed in this Inn for 2 nights. Though the Inn had small numbers of rooms - 4 on ground floor & 4 on 1st Floor but it was neat and clean with fresh Bed Linen, Tea Coffee maker with choices of tea bags & Nescafe. Shower area could have been positioned at the end of bathroom to avoid entire bathroom wet after shower use. Food: Breakfast was complementary. Day 1 - they served Paratha with Chana, bread Jam, Boiled Egg, choice of tea/coffee. Day 2 - Poori Sabzi, Bread Pakora choice of tea/coffee. Food taste & Quality was good. We even tried onion pakora which tastes really good but chili potato was below average. Staffs: Manager Amchai was very cordial & helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged for a scooty on rent and also a car to travel cherrapunji & Dawki. All other staffs were really helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this Inn.

Good rooms, well behaved staff, location is good if you plan to visit Dawki, Cherrapunji etc. breakfast spread can be improved.

The reception guy named Rohit is so cooperative and friendly, he helped us with almost everything during our first visit to Shillong. The place is at outskirts of Shillong and the only drawback is that everything around the place shut down after 8 PM and all you see is pitch dark.
