The stay at Imperial Resort Sonamarg was quite comfortable. The hotel is located at a very convenient location. The staff is friendly, the rooms neat and clean. Good facilities in the room.

Staff was friendly. Guided us very well to not fall in traps of the slegde/snowbike/photography scammers. Excellent view from the window Room 209. Improvement required on cleanliness and hygiene of cutlery. Forks were not clean...

I stayed at this hotel mainly for the view, which is undoubtedly beautiful. However, apart from the scenery, the experience was very uncomfortable. The hotel does not provide room heaters or water heaters. They only offer heating blankets, but you can’t stay in bed the entire day. The room becomes extremely cold, making it difficult to relax or even move around comfortably. The worst part is the lack of hot water. Expecting guests to take cold showers in freezing weather is unacceptable. After spending the day outside—visiting glaciers, Zero Point, or simply returning from sightseeing—hot water is essential to warm up. Instead, you are forced to use cold water, which can cause muscle cramps and serious discomfort, especially in such low temperatures. If you are coming only for the view, you may consider staying here. But if you are on a vacation and comfort is a priority, I strongly recommend choosing another property nearby, especially those in the same line next to Imperial Resorts, which offer better amenities. Overall, this property is not suitable for a comfortable stay in cold weather. And Food is so good here even if you live in another property try one lunch here
