Hotel O Mukut Mahal

Worst experience. Agoda also became Oyo. Ño control no arrangement with hotel. They demanded almost double reaching there. What is the purpose of booking from agoda then.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was denied checking in because the hotel staff claimed that the amount I had paid online for the room was lower than what they expected. They demanded extra money, despite my booking being confirmed. Additionally, the website I used to book the hotel seemed to have a policy of denying stays to customers who booked through them, which was extremely frustrating. Apart from these issues, the cleanliness of the rooms was abysmal. It was evident that the rooms were being used for activities that were not in line with a reputable hotel's standards. The atmosphere felt more like a brothel than a place for respectable guests. People were coming and going with their partners, engaging in inappropriate activities, and leaving the place in a state of disarray. The staff's attitude was equally disappointing. They seemed solely focused on extracting more money from guests, with little regard for customer service or basic hygiene standards. Even attempts by higher-ups to intervene and resolve the situation were unsuccessful. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, questionable activities, and unprofessional staff make it an unacceptable choice for any traveler.

My booking including breakfast but not breakfast and Wi-Fi hotel management
