Good evening everyone ! The reception staff was not as cooperative as I expected , they were just performing their duties somehow and were not interested in customer's expectations . Actually I was there to celebrate my son's birthday and somehow I convinced my 71 years old mother to travel with us for the celebration so I requested the reception staff for a complimentary upgrade but they were not interested and were making excuses .After consistent request they somehow upgraded only one room actually, I had booked two rooms Then we were 4 persons in two rooms and as my nephew works in Gurgaon I had planned to call him to stay with us so asked the reception staff to manage one more person in a room and I was ready to pay the charge but they refused saying it is not our company policy to allow three people in a room l was a bit shocked to hear this as one day before we booked a room for three people at Ashoka hotel in chanakyapuri Delhi as we were there for receiving national teacher's award for my elder sister and I shared even this fact with the reception staff. After all I couldn't call my nephew to be there and had to cancel his plan of joining us for the birthday celebration of my son as it was a bit awkward to book another room somewhere else in the hotel and stay alone in the room for the night . And this was really embarrassing for me to ask him not to come. Last year I celebrated my birthday in Oberoi hotel just beside the Trident Gurgaon property and we had very good experience there from every aspect and I thought to have an experience of Trident hotel just for a change but It was a wrong decision on my behalf and we people were disappointed Actually I'm sharing all this because generally old people ( as my mother is ) avoid to travel outside and I somehow managed to convince her to stay with us in the hotel for the celebration but I really got disappointed due to the reception staff behaviour there ( though I told all these things in detail ) But one thing I would like to share , the staff there at the time of breakfast was really very courteous and were serving people very promptly . Sorry , but it was all that I couldn't stop myself from saying so as we were treated casually there .

The property is great and staff is very helpful. But the food was not that great. Also I had to call house keeping 3-4 times for the same thing which was a bit irritating. Overall the stay was nice but food can be much better.

An old but well maintained resort located in the heart of Gurgaon. Rooms are excellent & food is delicious. Highly recommended.

First day when I arrived the receptionist was asking to pay and I even when I said that I already paid she still united me to pay … I had to show them my credit card transaction and they had to check with manager and get it resolved or else I would have got charged double … no experience ..
