Need improvement!
The property and facilities are really good but when it comes to staff and management they need some improvement with providing services or smooth check-in and check-out. When we pay that much amount of money then things are expected. Also the wifi connection needs to improve cuz we want to use internet then we want to use it on our bed or desk and not while standing near the door for connection. Overall, stay was good but when it comes to services then these things are taken into consideration because it brings a huge impact while giving a premium services.

Overall Good option and value for money
Top plus points: 1. Very good and courteous staff 2. Food was excellent quality and ideal for vegetarians with restrictions. 3. Cosy, clean and spacious rooms. 4. Lush green surrounding view from rooms. Improvements needed for amenities which are not well maintained. Mini Cinema is not a workable option if below 20 group + content option is very minimal and undesirable. Swimming pool not temperature controlled and water quality was compromised. Location is both plus and minus. Near to Airport and highway but not close to city.
