Magical Casalgo House

There is a construction site next this house so many lorries across the road in early morning and air quality is not good at the moment. When we find no hot water supplier for shower, we can't find supporting staff because this house doesn't have reception. Also, Wifi can't connect to room.

We were so shocked to find out that the room was unmade and left dirty when we checked in. The check-in time is at 3pm as said and we arrived at 3.30pm but turns out the room was not ready. It was such a mess! We contacted the property and they didn't even handle it professionally. They only replied that a housekeeper will come in an hour and the place will be ready by 6pm - not even an apology or politeness. We came back again at later time to finally check-in, but to find out that the room was still dirty. The worst part is that we had a room by the window that is facing the main street. It was not really sound proof and we could hear so much noises, especially due to the construction work that starts at 7am in the morning right in front of the property! If only the property would warn us about this before we arrive or right after we made the booking, we could have thought twice to unbook and at least to be aware of this situation. It was really bad and unfair that the property treated us this way.

Clean and spacious room, kitchen equipped with everything you need. As a small traveler, it was a bit awkward for me to reach the key code higher. The third extra (folding) bed was uncomfortable for sleeping. But in general, we are satisfied with our stay here.
