Although it was close enough to the central area, it is a gated community. We had to call for grab to get into town. So if you are looking for coffee or food as soon as you step outside, this is not the place for you. It is beach accessible but we ended up accessing the beach after we got into town for meals.

Renovation and clean the villas
The furniture in the villas I stayed very old and damaged . Especially kitchen utensils, 2 pots were very dirty, still got some food inside them, the knives were the same, very dirty and can't use for cutting . Oven were too dirty to use, and very old model for safety. Washing sponge was terrible, I have to buy new one to wash dishes, bowls . They asked guests have to return all utensils to them in cleaned and washed condition but they provided bad facilities and all dirty for guests. The washing machine was very old and rust. There was some died cockroach in kitchen cabinet , inside the pot. The kettle out of work, I asked the broker 3 times changing . Wardrobe was damaged . All the mentioned things gave us a bad vacation there and bad impression of Phan Thiet. I wonder I would continue to make the booking via Agoda for next trip or not because the reviews and stars for the accommodation not exact.

Big and well maintained Morden western style villa. Top choice for me in Phan tiet.
