Bulow Casa Grand View Resort & Spa

Fantastic stay at Bulow Grand Casa where we received excellent services along the 4 nights we stayed. Thank you to Mah & Team for the tailored services. The food was excellent, from breakfast to diner with great cocktails and drinks menu. The rooms are large, clean and quiet, we could not expect better. Thank you all for this memorable stay and we ll be back !

not worth for money!!! not what i expected, my first night was at Akira resort ( triple cheaper than Bulow) a lot different from this expensive resort, in terms of breakfast, environment, staff and rooms. 1. Akira breakfast has many choices and is very tasty in asian food & western. but Bulow everything was opposite. very disappointed 2. Bulow Staff at counter very friendly, but others just so so only … but in Akira it doesn't matter you meet the staff where everyone is very friendly . 3. Villa environment like not yet perfectly , grass trees are neglected 4. Toilet in room still not satisfactory. got hair in the bathtub. conclusion: will not be repeated here.

Fabulous hotel. The entire island KOH LIPE because of its rural island location is definitely hampered due to difficulties getting supplies on the island... but this hotel is stand out for the island. Expensive in jan but to be expected. Rooms were outstanding. The beach access is incredible. Far better than irene pool villa resort. They are not even on the beach. Not in the sun... casa bulow honestly far better. You will see when you come. We had room 102. Fabulous. Free shuttles to the port too. Breakfast is so bad. Embarrassing actually for the price. It is included. But not edible. Also security is a slight issue. Kids were wandering in and out of private villa areas begging for money. Security in general needs to be tightened. People off the beach wonder in and out of the resort. Also sit on the private area beds assigned to your room. All round more security is needed. When we questioned this... they said only when they build more rooms will they hire more staff? They have 1 on 24-7. It needs 2 beach side minimum and they need to check if they are residents.

It took an unacceptable two hours to resolve a basic Wi-Fi problem. The Wi-Fi network name wasn't the usual room identifier, but rather the router's name itself. This strongly suggests the issue has occurred previously and the room was selled out without proper inspection. Despite numerous phone calls, the manager never appeared to confirm the problem was fixed. The customer service staff simply kept asking us to wait for a technician coming.

The hotel is ideally located on the beach for daytime sunbathing and sunset viewing. In fact, there are no boats parked in front of the hotel beach (compared to sunrise beach), so you can enjoy the magnificent scenery and swim easily in the sea. The hotel has a free shuttle to go to the walking street and a free transfer from the ferry, which is much appreciated. The food was decent, but not the best one. I recommend eating outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, which is a big plus. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the beautiful beach close to the hotel.
