I have been to Goa many times and booked many hotels before but this one has been the best so far. They don’t demand for advance payment outside the app and make you feel anxious about availability, they don’t give you last minute surprises even if you checkin really late. Their rooms look exactly like what you see in the photos. They provide the room that you choose while reserving. They are all friendly (security guard, reception, all staff). This is my second time here and I will definitely choose this resort when I go to Arambol, Goa. Yes it is a bit expensive but trust me there are properties in Arambol and around Goa that charge the same or maybe more and demand 50% advance payments outside app, look hideous and untidy in reality and make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome with rude unfriendly behavior.

Reliable place to rest in Arambol
I have been to Goa many times and booked many hotels before but this one has been the best so far. No frills hotel with bare minimum options
The room was neat and clean, but other than that everything was sub-par. The access to hotel is a broken path and no paved road. Power cuts were very frequently, and despite the hostel having DG set, they had to be constantly reminded to turn it on, as they would turn it off intermittently on their own accord. The photos on Agoda are misleading I terms of infra as the the restaurant was basically wound up, there was a kitchen in the adjacent facility with minimal options. No room deliveries. They prefer cash or UPI and have placed inflated charges if you want to go for credit card payments. Overall not what it looks like in photos

Very good value for money
Rooms are a little tired, but spacious. Good size toilet/shower with reliable hot water. Free bottled water daily, toiletries and tea/coffee. Aircon worked well as did both ceiling fans (preferred). The pool is quaint, but enough to chill in and the bar/restaurant is raised, giving it a great cooling breeze. The location might seem a bit rough n ready when you first arrive, but everything is a 100 metres away from you, but at the same time it’s quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and best of all the free complimentary breakfast which while basic was adequate for what we wanted and unexpected which was nice. Only gripe the mattress (certainly in rm2) was very hard. I like a firm bed, but that was extreme level. Still other than that great….
