The service process needs improvement. The staff tends to forget orders and requests. Property is wonderful, food is awesome. Very courteous and friendly

Pls don’t book from the resort the taxi as they have tow up and the driver are very rude

First off, this is nothing like the way it is talked of. There is nothing about this place that should keep it a notch above any of the regular resorts dotting Coorg. It's a pretty regular resort with the regular frills. It's tucked away in a far corner of Coorg and so once you are here, you are here all the time. In terms of scenic beauty there is nothing spectacular. In fact the high Brahmagiri ranges are right behind but you dont get a clear view of these ranges from anywhere in the resort. Most of the cabin/cottage offer regular valley view, which is not so awe inspiring. The rooms are regular sized with all the regular frills. We had too many power cuts during our stay here and the bathroom was clogged, which was rectified. The food is passe. Highly overpriced and not a patch even on a mediocre rated cloud kitchen on Swiggy. Just regular fare without much taste and pandering to a non-egg eating crowd. The only good thing we observed was the service and staff. Thank god for that or else it would have been a horrible holiday. Everything about this place is overpriced and over-exaggerated. I would recommend going to any of the other regular resort which are half priced this and offer at least accessibility to other tourist sport dotting the Kodava district.

We had a great time at the resort and food was absolutely delicious. We tried their dinner buffet and it was an awesome experience. The pricing for buffets and shops were fair and not that expensive as well. Although the resort was located way far from town, we had many choices of activities to be done within the resort as well. The way and process of our accomodation was very organized and systematic. Great staffs and they had buggy services to travel spot to spot. Definitely well recommended for a great nature experience!

Very far in a jungle, with nothing for a view except for tree trunks staring at you, staff hounding you for money the moment you book and no smiles, no thank yous, terrible food for the cost and super luxury status with a 90% repeated tasteless breakfast and warm water at the reception even on a hot day. Very poor in almost every way except for cleaniness and junior staff who were new to the place. The older guys were like, I don't give a shit! The senior guys meet me for the forst time 5 minutes before my departure and almost said"welcome' and disappeared as fast as he had come. Noone said thanks for coming! At every stage money seemed very important for them. MONEY MONEY MONEY...... WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMNED IT TO ANYONE ANYTIME.
