Amazing view with access to ganga, evening aarti, tasty food specially what we ordered as part of ala carte in dinner. Courteous staff Service can be improved to some extend . Not advisable for old people as lots of stairs and walking. Play area for kids can be improved

Our stay at Raga on the Ganges was nothing short of breathtaking. The property is a paradise for nature lovers; it’s impeccably landscaped with vibrant flowers and features so many 'hidden' photospots that are perfect for capturing memories. The Location & Terrain: The resort is perched majestically on a cliff, offering stunning views of the turquoise River Ganga. Because of this cliffside setting, be prepared for a bit of a workout! Accessing the river or moving around the property involves a fair amount of climbing up and down stairs. ​We stayed in a Cottage, which was remarkably spacious and beautifully designed. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. Their kindness and attention to detail provided a service experience akin to a 5-star luxury hotel. Highly recommend !

Recommend for peaceful and pleasant stay. Location a little bit far away from centre of Rishikesh.

We booked a one day leisure stay here to unwind. I'll plan atleast 2 days next time. It is a good place to relax. It has wonderful river bank which is effectively private as there is no other property nearby. You need to go down 200 stairs to reach there. I didn't fimd that difficult. Food is good. I don't have any complaints about that. I can only think about one negative point if I nit pick, you need to go on foot to reach most of the places and it is not convenient for elderly. They have carts but you may need to ask and wait for it which can be bit frustrating.

I had a wonderful stay at l Raga on the Ganges. The location is absolutely serene, right by the Ganga, and the views are simply breathtaking. The overall service and hospitality are A-1, making the experience truly memorable. A special mention to Gurupal Singh from the restaurant team — his service during breakfast and high tea was excellent, very warm, attentive, and professional. He genuinely made dining a pleasant experience every single time. Another big thanks to Himanshu from the activities team for being extremely helpful and engaging. The activities are well curated and add a lot of value to the stay. One of the most peaceful experiences here is the in-house Ganga Aarti conducted at the resort itself. It’s calm, soulful, and far less crowded — truly a moment of peace and connection. Overall, an excellent resort with top-notch service, beautiful views, and a very calming vibe. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate by the Ganges. Will definitely love to visit again
