Good hotel but ac dont work during power cut

This hotel is ideally lovated, very close to Ranchi Rialway station. If you don;t have much luggage, you can simply walk. The room and bed are very good but they provide only one towel. I deal or middle class travellers for a prie of around 700 to 800 rupees. If they are charging more than 750 a day, please don't go.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The blankets were dirty, and the bedsheets had multiple stains on them, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The towels were also in poor condition. When I used one to dry my hands, white fibers and lint came off the towel and stuck to my hands, which was unpleasant and unhygienic. I also ordered lunch from the hotel, but unfortunately the food quality and taste were not up to the mark. Overall, the experience did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness and hospitality.

The location of the hotel is very good. The distance of the hotel from Ranchi railway station is walkable. The room is infested with small cockroaches. Otherwise the room and toilet is clean.
