Positive Aspects of the Stay ​The property benefits significantly from its excellent location, situated just outside the city center. We also appreciated the ample room and parking available and found the staff to be exceptionally courteous throughout our visit. ​Room and Maintenance Issues ​Unfortunately, the quality of the room provided was a significant letdown. Our initial room was in urgent need of maintenance, specifically: ​The shower head was faulty. ​The bathroom lacked a partition curtain between the wet and dry areas. ​When we requested a room change, we were disappointed to be moved to a downgraded room category. We were told this was due to unavailability, yet your (Agoda's) booking information still indicated that rooms in our original category were available, unfortunately we had to continue in the first room which was confusing and frustrating. ​Housekeeping and Cleanliness Concerns ​The housekeeping standards require immediate attention and staff training. We encountered multiple issues with cleanliness: ​Cobwebs were visible in several areas of the room. ​The bed and pillow covers had noticeable stains, and we had to specifically request that they be changed. ​Overall Impression ​While the location and staff service were excellent, the significant issues with room maintenance and housekeeping standards detracted substantially from our experience. Overall, we were left with a very disappointing impression of the stay.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, while the cleanliness throughout the property was commendable. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Facilities were well-maintained and offered a good range of amenities, although there were a few minor hiccups that could be improved. Overall, it was a little bit higher side of the price.

The hotel was very good with responsive staff who promptly accommodated our request for a room change. It’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a quick getaway towards the Ooty highway. However, for those who prefer staying closer to Mysore city, do note that it’s about 8 km away on the Bangalore–Mysore highway.

Located on the highway in a accessible location. Washrooms are old. Staff and reception guys are good and ready to help. We had a very short stay and didnt order any food here .

It does the job. Swimming pool was small, but clean Breakfast is OK. Nothing to complain about, but does not impress much. We went over a long weekend, and they could handle the load. Price felt a bit much compared to the value.
