I stayed at Poopada Resorts in Munnar and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is great ,situated at Kannan Devan Hills and very close to the bus stop, making it easy to access public transport and get around the area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, which made the stay more comfortable. The property has a peaceful vibe and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills. One small suggestion would be to include basic toiletries and ensure consistent hot water, especially given the chilly Munnar weather. That would have made the stay even better. All in all, it's a good choice for travelers looking for a peaceful stay with convenient access to the town.

Good stay at Poppoda
We had a nostalgic experience staying there again after 9 years. Location is the best part of hotel. Close to city but not to the crowd. The room provided to us was spacious and family of 4 could easily accommodate. Facilities are basic and you feel the age of hotel. Staff was always cordial and ready to help. A renovation could give new breeze of life to place.

Long way to go for even basic standards
1. No housekeeping / no cleanliness. 2. No room service / not equipped with sufficient resources. 3. Intercom not working from 2nd morning. No action taken to fix. Need to go to reception for every small needs. 4. No hot water in tap all through our stay. Arranged buckets of hot water only on request. Being in hill station, we have no option, but adjust with freezing cold water during late evenings and nights. 5. Not worthy for even 50% of amount paid.
