There is maintenance issues, bed are not proper, cleanings are not properly done. I will not recommend this property

Not the best at cleanliness, but cannot complain for low price

This is the time when we booked this hotel for the first time. As soon as we went to the reception there was a lady who was very unwelcoming. When I spoke to her about her booking she first thing told me that next time I need to pay directly in hotel and not through Agoda or any other agents. She was very rude as well. Some how we checked in and we wanted sleep after long drive....I can hear the whole traffic sound in my ears and continuous banging door noise....I couldn't sleep...after a while I figured it out it's from bathroom door. Door didn't have lock from outside and it's open. You can lock only from inside....when I spoke to the reception lady she was like it's been an hour and now you are saying there is issue in the room and there is no other room to change. She said she will sent some guy to sort out the door. One guy came after my second Reminder and he couldn't fix it ofcourse. Finally he said...he will fix one plastic cover to side of the door so when ever I close the door we use that cover so that it will stay tight and it won't open by itself. I said wow...tats so amazing tat I have to pay for this and I can't even sleep peacefully. I called Agoda customer care...one guy spoke to me and he understood and I requested for refund for this pathetic room and experience...he out me on hold for 15mins and he said that they can't get in touch with the property manager....so he asked me to call after 3hrs if it doesn't fix....by this time I realised that this is not getting fixed...I have to stay now and sleep 3 nights with this sound. Obviously I couldn't do anything further because I have already paid to Agoda and now Agoda not hotel guys are helping me to resolve the issue...on top of it I had to request them to give toilet rolls and shower gels ...so unless u ask u don't get it. Parking space is horrible...in thr reception along with that lady there is one man who works in night.....we came late night from station with all huge bags and suitcase...now in midnight he is asking for the I'd proof...we are anyways giving...I told him we will keep the bags in thr room and come and give the I'd...he was so insistant that he wants the id then and there and didn't even bother about we carrying such huge travell bags....overall it's pathetic pathetic And pathetic

This hotel ain’t worth u can book room at same price at some good place and also overcharges u a lot no visitors allowed no outside food and Ac not working room all smelly Just a waste of money plus rude staff behaviour

Although location is good, Rooms are very terrible. Pictures shown on Agoda & in reality are way differnent. Receptionist was load & rude. There is no cleanliness. r
