Value for money, location was easy to find, Coming to consider actually website was missing some details as they charge for early check-in which was fine but if was there in website it will easy and also there no complimentary breakfast in hotel which was mentioned here, please check it once.

0 Stars ⭐️ — Absolutely Terrible Experience. Avoid This Hotel! I booked this hotel online through Agoda based on the photos and information shown on the website. However, when I arrived, I was shocked. The hotel looked more like a horror house, even during the daytime. There was almost no lighting, and the entire place was dark and unwelcoming. The person sitting at the reception gave me a room key and simply told me to go to the first floor. When I entered the room, there was such a strong cigarette smell that it was difficult to breathe. The room was in terrible condition, with very old furniture that looked like it was from the 1990s. There was no TV and no AC. The hotel has a lift, but it was not working, so guests are expected to carry their own luggage up the stairs to their rooms. The overall hygiene was extremely poor. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting — honestly, even a public toilet would be cleaner and better maintained. After arguing with the staff, I was finally given another room on the second floor, Room 205. At least this room did not have the cigarette smell, so I had no choice but to manage and stay there. What made the experience even worse was the breakfast. When I booked through Agoda, the booking clearly stated that breakfast was included. I asked the staff what would be provided for breakfast the next morning, and they simply told me, “We don’t have breakfast.” When I pointed out that breakfast was included in my Agoda booking, they gave an excuse saying that they had already asked the online website to remove that information, but apparently it had not been removed. And staff are very rude .. This was an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience from beginning to end. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this hotel. Don’t book it based on the photos shown online — you may seriously regret it. *0 Stars ⭐️
