Complementary Breakfast was great

Good Hotel Rooms, Best hospitality and Perfect Location makes this hotel a must stay option. Hotel is located right nearby to market area and city center which makes it more convenient. They have their own tour packages which covers everything in and around Mahabaleshwar. Special mention to our tour driver Kasim, he was very friendly and gave us detailed information about each location we visited. Thank you for hosting us!!

Best for solo travelers, with affordable rates, courteous staff. Only problem I felt was, hot water limited timing 7-10am. And one staff name khasim, who was a drover, to assist u in local site seeing, spoke very rudely, says u r not the only customer, I have so many customers.. he in particular was not well behaved.

The hotel is located in the main market but you have to struggle to reach the hotel because of the narrow raod and th crowed its advisable to book something which is 5-10 meters away from the main market , the breakfast was below average so if you thinking of including breakfast while booking pls avoid and prefer to have it outside cos only 2-3 items were served line medu vada idli poha and tea or coffee wherin by some nominal amount you can prefer some good breakfast outside with your family and as per your convenience without rushing for the breakfast which is available from 830am to 9.30am only. It's a mistake if you expect something great being Treebo chain hotels ..overall the experience was average

Overall the location is good, it is at walking distance to Mahabaleshwar main market. The property is old and might require renovation in the rooms. But staff was supportive, food is average, but there are plenty of options near by
