Shivsagar Resort and Spa

Starting from Location, Room, Room services, Dinner, breakfast and staff everything is ossssmmm( a very good experience). Staff are very good, polite and friendly (u will definitely get very positive vibe from them). Hotel also has a budget friendly package to travel every places in mahabaleshwar. I stayed 2 days in that farmhouse, Room was very clean and well designed, all amineties were available there. Breakfast was very delicious and lots of variety. i stayed in mountain view room the view from room is osm. Swimming pool was also good but u have take your swimming costume ( the will arrange also but it is chargeable). Very big parking facilities are there.....must visit farmhouse(love it )

The room I booked was premium double room at around 2400. Which had a big room a balcony with sitting and a bathroom with bath tub. Hot water facility was also there. Room service was also decent. Two mineral water bottles were also provided. One thing there was lacking was the view, there was no view from the balcony.... absolutely heartbreaking. And the room was in the old building. I didn't had any idea about this also.

Great stay

We went for a days stay. Got a room with garden which was a great option as my kid could keep playing in front of us while we relaxed. Secondly this place is around 250meters from main panchgani so you are at a very good place close to the activities like wax museum and other things. Place has really good non veg food. We loved the biryani, Chinese and in the evening don't forget the chicken grilled sandwich it was the best we ever had. A pleasent breakfast spread in the morning with fresh strawberries and simple but very healthy-tasty-clean Indian breakfast preparation. Take your swim wear to enjoy the pool, indoor games and evening songs were a chery on the top. Just ask and all the staff are ready to help. Hope you enjoy the hospitality of this place as we did. Location is good but there are no views as such.. well maintained property (considering it's new). Food is good too. We just had little not so good experience for lunch as we had to repeat everything at least thrice but still order did not come as expected. Breakfast spread is simply great..!! Dinner was nice too. We booked a room with private pool with Jacuzzi and it was amazing. Its jist if pool has temperature control facility it would be amazing as water was too cold and as its covered there is no scope of sunlight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
