Our stay at Aaj Haveli was truly exceptional in every single way. From the moment we stepped in, the front desk/receptionist welcomed us with great warmth and extreme politeness. The check-in was completely seamless, and their courteous behavior made us feel right at home instantly. ​The entire staff deserves a special mention for their genuine Rajasthani hospitality. Every team member was attentive, polite, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. ​The rooms and property were spotless—hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at the highest standards. The absolute highlight was the rooftop view, which offers a breathtaking, peaceful panoramic view of Udaipur. Spending evenings on the rooftop was pure bliss! ​Additionally, the location is perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to all the key attractions around the lake. ​100% recommended for everyone—couples, families, and friends! A big thank you to the entire team at Aaj Haveli for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely visit again!

I had a disappointing experience at Aaj Haveli, Udaipur. Before booking, the hotel did not clearly mention that there is no parking facility available. Guests travelling by car should know this in advance, especially because parking nearby is chargeable and the hotel does not cover or assist with parking charges. Another major issue is the location. The hotel is situated on a very narrow road where cars cannot reach directly, making it difficult to carry luggage or travel with family, elderly people, or heavy bags. What disappointed me most was the lack of guest support. Since vehicles cannot reach the hotel, I expected at least a pickup/drop service from the nearest accessible point, but the hotel did not provide any pickup assistance. Overall, the stay became inconvenient due to poor accessibility and lack of transportation support. I strongly suggest the hotel clearly informs guests about parking limitations and arranges pickup services for better customer experience. Overall, the stay and service were good
