We had a wonderful time and this is located right on the lake. However, the bathroom is extremely small and the shower is only 3 x 3 so keep hitting your elbow on the side. Only 2 outlets in the main room, and they had a power strip with the tv, air conditioner, coffeemaker and dorm fridge plugged into it, which is not safe. We left the air conditioner and fridge only plugged into the power strip as the cord would not reach the wall outlet. It was built sometime in the 1920's-1930's so powerwise, very dated. Other than that, it was great. The beds were comfortable, the location amazing and live music Tues-Sunday so could enjoy the sunset while listening to the entertainment at the restaurant next door. Location central so able to head to the Thousand Islands or Syracuse easily.

Very small shower
