Nice place. I had an enjoyable stay.

Despite number of calls at reception; no one take calls or call back. My relatives were worried and tried calling endlessly no one took call;, i was very near to hotel;, tried calling No one picks the calls. Location is too much secluded. Only if have plans to stay with large family or group for minium 7 nights; I would recommend; since they offer pick and drop service at town area on daily basis; it's too much at raw distant placement. 50 minutes to el nido town. And mobile network do not work

The place, room and overview is good but very far to the city. To all the tourist need a peaceful night I suggested this location is better but if you’re looking for nightlife and near in the tour meet up this location is not good to stay. It’s been 1hr going to the town. The pool is not so clean, there are lots of mosquitos..The staff is cleaning but not changing the water of the pool. Food is good but the price is a bit pricey as we’re disappointed on a small portion per plate. For Staff, they are helpful and friendly in their guest. However, we’re disappointed on our 2nd night of stay. My family and I have requested to eat in our room and order a dinner meal to Jaira around 9pm through whatsapp. 1hr ago our food is not in us that’s why we decided to go to the receptionist but sadly its already been closed around 10:30pm. Jaira is not responding in our msg. My kids are getting hungry for the whole night. I suggest to others if you are staying overnight it’s better to bring some snacks or food just incase. To avoid this kind of experience. The staff’s need to improve their communication skills to their guest such as bar timing and explain proper the foods included in free breakfast to avoid charges. The motor rent, they said its 100 pesos for one hour but we charge 500pesos in 2hours of using. For sure, We’ll not come back in this place.

Very remote you will need a motorbike to get about .... had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper as room didn't get serviced for 3 days ... private function on on are 3rd day very noisy ... they say relaxing resort ... not when they have a party on ... be warned ⚠️

Unfortunately at the time of booking I wasn’t aware how far this was from the city your taking 45mijs - 1 hour. The typhoon Tino had also hit the establishment so the road was worse then normal which was already a dirt track but made worse by fallen down trees, the rooms weren’t clean dirty bedding and lack of facilities on running water and having hot water in the shower next door. I had to battle to get a refund but after a week of fighting it out they have agreed a refund. The facilities weren’t useable unfortunately as they had to be repaired and drained as trees had fallen and damaged the pool and beach equipment.
