라마다 리조트 바이 윈덤 다르 에스 살람

My stay was good except for the part of the staff’s inexperience or just their poor customer service which I think should be your number one priority in this kind of business. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready, no staff offered to carry our many bags during checkin and check out. I don’t understand why our bolt car wasn’t allowed inside the premises during check in and check out so we had to carry everything on our own. That is the short pleasant summary of my stay for 3 days.

Subject: Formal Complaint and Refund Request – Unacceptable Stay Experience My stay at Ramada Hotel in Dar es Salaam was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had during a business trip. The service was highly unprofessional and disappointing. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and despite calling the hotel multiple times for assistance, there was no timely response or effective resolution. I was unable to sleep for the entire night due to the room temperature and the non-functioning AC. After suffering throughout the night, I finally decided to leave the hotel. Only then, at around 3:00 AM, was my room changed. We are professionals travelling on a business trip, and proper rest is essential for us to perform our responsibilities effectively the following day. Because of the hotel’s failure to respond to my repeated requests and resolve the issue in a timely manner, I had to suffer throughout the following day and my work was significantly affected. This level of service is completely unacceptable and far below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Considering the circumstances, I would like to formally request a full refund of the room charges for this stay. I believe this is a reasonable and appropriate resolution given that the basic facility of a functioning air-conditioned room was not provided and the issue was not addressed despite my repeated requests. I request the management to review this matter seriously and confirm the refund process at the earliest. I hope appropriate corrective action will be taken to ensure that other guests do not face a similar experience.

Agoda site has misguided travellers when they say courtyard rooms where there is no courtyard. Even the staff call it a road side view. This is one hotel which is on the beach but offers beach view or rooms or road side view. It’s a pity to have such a bad experience to spend Christmas looking at the road side view

Very nice hotel

Quality hotel on a beautiful beach at White Sands. Swimming pool and sea are excellent with the beach regularly cleaned of any debris. Good value particularly at weekend. Food is of a high standard and serves local as well as an international cuisine
