La Siesta Hotel & Beach Resort

Nice place with direct access to a sandy beach. The advertised studio is nice as a facility but it is not a functional studio, it has a fridge, sink, and microwave but not heat source. Rooms were modern and clean but less towels than normal. No safe in the room. No elevators. The nice seatings on the pool are considered vip (bed with towels) for extra charge that is little overpriced. Valet parking was a surprise charge that no one will tell you about (~15$) paid to the valet at checkout with no receipt. Food at the restaurant was good and the staff at the restaurant and pool were very friendly and service was excellent.

Overall, we had a nice stay at La Siesta Hotel, mainly because of its excellent location and facilities. The location is very convenient — only around 5 minutes from Beirut Airport and about 10–15 minutes from downtown. The hotel facilities are also great, with a private beach and two large swimming pools overlooking the sea, which made the stay very enjoyable. However, the service was average and definitely needs improvement. There was no hair dryer in the room, and when we requested one, we were asked to provide a $50 deposit. After our room was cleaned, no fresh towels were provided, although they did bring them after we called and asked. Another disappointing experience was ordering American coffee to the room. It cost $4 and arrived cold in a cheap paper cup that was only half full. When we called, we were told that this was how it was normally served. However, the following morning at the restaurant, we ordered the same American coffee and received a full mug. When we asked room service to replace the previous coffees, they brought us Nescafé instead of American coffee, and the cups were still not full. We were also surprised to find out that there is a $4 daily valet/parking charge for hotel guests, even when you park the car yourself. This was never explained to us during check-in. When we questioned the charge, instead of simply explaining the policy, the valet attendant argued with us and insisted that this was just how it worked. The amount itself is not a major issue, but charges like this should be clearly communicated to guests at check-in, and the situation could have been handled much more professionally. Overall, the hotel itself has a lot going for it: excellent location, beautiful sea views, a private beach, and two great pools. We enjoyed our stay, but unfortunately the level of service and attention to detail did not match the quality of the property. With better communication and more consistent service, this could be a much better experience.

We had an excellent stay at La Siesta Resort Beirut and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful, comfortable, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. A very special thank you to the lovely lady at the reception and all of her colleagues. They were extremely professional, friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. I would also like to thank all the resort staff and workers for their kindness and assistance whenever we needed anything. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was great, with a very enjoyable selection and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at La Siesta Resort. Excellent service, delicious food, friendly and professional staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to visit again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My humble opinion to la siesta managers : The studio with balcony I stayed needs deep clean and maintenance (there were hair in room bed so I told them and they changed upon my request and the balcony was not clean , the tv receiver was not working and the internet was not working too , there were no microwave and the room must have safety box and a comondein beside bed , the bathroom needs glass for shower area because the water become in every area in bath and there is no mop to clean water . As for beach the beach was super dirty with garbage in the sand coming from beach . The security guys needs more training to become more guest friendly. And the restaurant prices are so high for example small water 3 usd . And if I want towels for pool I should pay 5 usd however other resorts its free to use and return. Please take my opinion into consideration if you want the best for the resort and it's reputation. Best of luck and success
