Worst experience ever. We came from Saudi Arabia and booked a room at La Siesta through Agoda. Upon arrival, we were informed that burkinis were not allowed, which came as a complete surprise. However, we accepted the rule and decided to stay. The next day, we were told that because I was wearing a burkini, I was not even allowed to sit near the pool area. No clear reason or explanation was provided. This was extremely disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. Such restrictions should be clearly communicated before booking so guests can make informed decisions. We will never visit this place again, and we will advise our family, friends, and others to be aware of this policy before making a reservation. Our experience was frustrating and far below our expectations.

I stayed here a few days ago, and during another visit just days later, my wife was treated with total disrespect by the reception staff. They opened her luggage in front of other guests, went through her personal items without permission, and confiscated baby water, Red Bull, and Coca-Cola for no valid reason. It was humiliating, aggressive, and unprofessional. No respect, no privacy, no hospitality. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel to any family or anyone who values dignity.
