Intercity Salvador Aeroporto

I arrived in the morning, first surprise, only one person spoke some broken English. My room was free but instead of letting me take the room earlier as I already had to check out in the middle of the night so couldn’t even use all the time I booked I had to pay an additional 103 Reales to enter my room by then. In the room the next surprise, the spare toilet paper roll contained blood stains (photos exist) The WiFi wasn’t stable and I had to use my mobile data to work with a VPN Server. When I went to the restaurant I first got a complete wrong dish. Then after another 20 minutes waiting I finally got my ordered salmon but instead of the promoted zucchini risotto I became just rice and vegetables. When I asked about the risotto they showed me the menu again and indeed the Portuguese version said rice and vegetables - the English version said zucchini risotto. That translation would even Google translate get correctly. (photo of the menu exists) Not even a bottle of water is for free while I can refill my water bottle for free in most hostels in which I pay 1/5 of or less of the price. The hotel is so close to the airport but even though the price is already extremely high they don’t even offer a free airport shuttle but you have to pay 20 reales for a way of 5 minutes for a taxi driver they work together with. All in all I’m absolutely not satisfied and would have expected way better service for that price. I stayed in way cheaper places with better services.
