The gap between what is advertised and what guests actually experience is significant, and the overall value for money is poor. ❗ Location Isn’t Enough Yes, the hotel is next to the main train station and within walking distance of the old medina. The surrounding area is clean and lively. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. ❗ Misleading Advertising One of the most frustrating aspects is the misrepresentation on the hotel’s own page. The property showcases a beautiful top‑floor restaurant that does not exist. It was just a bar with a few low seating This isn’t a minor oversight — it’s a deliberate attempt to elevate the hotel’s appeal with facilities it simply doesn’t have. ❗ Inconsistent Service & Poor Standards Staff were generally friendly, but friendliness alone doesn’t compensate for the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Breakfast was extremely basic, unimaginative, and poorly managed. Staff repeatedly failed to replenish essentials like cutlery, cups, and water. Housekeeping and maintenance were inconsistent, leaving the impression of a hotel that isn’t properly managed. ❗ Noise Issues Rooms facing the street suffer from constant traffic noise, making it difficult to rest. Soundproofing appears to be minimal or nonexistent. ❗ Overhyped Facilities The rooftop bar is pleasant but closes at 11 pm — surprisingly early for a hotel that markets itself as modern and vibrant. ❗ Poor Value for Money Given the misleading photos, the inconsistent service, the noise problems, and the underwhelming breakfast, this hotel does not justify its price. The location alone cannot compensate for the overall lack of quality.
