Great crew of animation personal... loved their entertainments... food pretty good. The cleanest it's not a strong side of facility... plus everyone from reception who help with anything waits for tips... which felt very awkward... because facility has a lot of stairs

Awful !!
The place is like faulty towers … leaking roof in main reception and mouldy ceilings no water pressure in room and then only about 4 of the holes in shower head worked .. food was not great only had breakfast in hotel then payed to eat out in nearby restaurants … ran out of beer everyday and just supplied u with spirits and most of the quests were drunk all day and very rowdy … meant to b a family hotel but im glad i didnt take my grandson there Most of the staff were friendly beds weren’t to bad …no door handle inside the room so if like ourselves we forgot to take key out the door we was locked in ,sign in room said incase of fire /emergency call reception but no number to call and the phone didn’t work anyway … after about 20 mins of trying to open the door with cards and banging the door a cleaner came past and unlocked the door for us we was on 3rd floor so couldn’t even jump from balcony…. very loud at night /early morning from nightclub next door
