excellent value for the money, staff were kind and attentive, centrally located close to everything in el cangrejo. my room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke but they did not have nonsmoking rooms available when i booked my stay.

facilities is not plural, its just a pool, which was fine, and clean - the whole building is very clean. unless you count restaurant as a facility, then we'd be at 1 star for that, and 3 stars for the pool... the shower in my room blasted strong which is always nice. but 1) check your TV before you take the room, theyre not all smart 2) breakfast is WAY understaffed, very VERY long wait (like an hour or longer), and theres no coffee pot or even hot water or just a microwave on a counter to make your own tea. one waiter and one chef is not sufficient for an entire hotel of people 3) paper thin walls, your neighbors can hear EVERYTHING in your room 4) the price is right for what I got, in a great location, but agoda is dishonest about the discount, there is NO WAY the regular rate for this room is $80 per night or that would be stealing Las instalaciones no son en plural; básicamente es solo una piscina, que estaba bien y limpia. We were disappointed with our room I had booked a room with a large bed. Our room had two short double beds. One taller than 5 foot 10 would have their feet hanging over the end. Also no hot water in the shower. We were told to run it for 5 minutes. This didn’t make a difference. Only made us feel bad about using so much water. Towels are thin and hard. And only Two.
