매치 리조트 호텔

Had a family reunion in the area and this hotel was suggested as it was local to our ancestral home. I will start with the postives. Staff very helpful, owner friendly I think that all I can say that was food. First night they made a mistake and only had one of two rooms booked for us. as a family of 4 their first suggestion was for us to share the room since there were 2 double beds. I said no intially as it was there mistake but then rhey offered to put my parents in a local hotel down the road. Which I also objected to as all the family were stay at March and we had oick in the morning all arranged. When i asked if we would be compensated *** was offered, below the *** per night which u was being charged. I eventually agreed since it was late. Anyway, everything is very basic. Breakfast was the same every morning, you had a choice of cabbage and saltfish nwith a choice of hard food or fried dumplings pancake and egg, calaloo and salfish with fried dumplings or hard food , stew chicken with hard food or dumplings. so not much choice and you have to put your order in daily so as soon as the pass the front desk a member would ask. The room which was booked via rhis site was renonvated however the cable TV hardly worked in the 9 days we were there. The cleaning was more a quick wipe. beds were made with out sheets being changed. You were lucky to get a fluffy towel as most were well and and in need of replacing. We had the option of ordering dinner, luckily we did not book it as again it was the same food served daily. In fact although the dinning room was set every night we never saw anyone actually dinning there although I did see staff delivering food to individual rooms. It is shame as the place has potential to be great, but the owner has not invested in it so the best part of rhe hotel is the reception. Water pressure an issue when other are showering ranging from none a trickle which is annoying when due at a family event abd thwre are several other member also trying to shower at the same time. Unfortunately, I will never stay at this location again. It was made bearable because we had the family around otherwise i would have checked out the the following day as i would rate fhis a 2 star ar best as I said the owner need to invest in the property or sell up.

Breakfast is nice ,staff is friendly an place is well ketp environment is super clean towel is clean ,only thing was the pillow need to change they are way too soft them wear out that all ..everything else is exceptional
