• Please note:- Hotel Ilhas do Lago Eco Resort guests have access to the 03 water parks of the network: Water Park, Clube Prive and Náutico Praia Clube (except on days that are closed for maintenance: Náutico Praia Clube: from 10 am to 10 am to 5pm, closed on Mondays and Wednesdays for maintenance // Clube Privé: from 10am to 5pm, closed from Monday to Wednesday for maintenance // Water Park: from 10am to 5pm, closed on Thursdays for maintenance).- Parking is rotating and subject to availability upon check-in.- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.- Upon check-in, for all bookings paid by credit card, it is mandatory presentation of credit card and identification document valid for the cardholder.
