Wudinna Gawler Ranges Motel and Caravan Park

The listing shows as king bed, was a queen, restaurant and pool aren't operational, so from that aspect it's falsely advertised. The place is nice enough and practical but really needs some work on the facilities and property overall as it's been let go and more or less property is now run down and not maintained it seems

Looks very dirty from outside .. and the reception area . You get what you pay for .. Stayed in one of the ‘standard’ rooms near road . Fridge badly needed defrosting … couldn’t fit anything in freezer ! Bathroom sink .. tap was leaking and sink badly stained. Aircon worked well Shower good but had to put shampoos , shaver on floor .

The family and I had spent a night in the car and a long day on the road, we had left from Perth and our destination was Mr Gambier save sleeping in the car for another night we booked into Wudinna we got the Deluxe room and it was for 1 night which was a blessing. So on our way from Mt Gambier back to Perth we booked again as said before blessing a good nights sleep and hot shower. Thank you to the Hosts for accommodating me and my family

Appeared ( sounded) that none of the units had working air conditioners / heaters . Reception area needs to be cleared, cleaned !!

An absolute dump of a place. I think the pictures were taken 25 yrs ago. The grounds are over grown and un kept. There are no facilities the restaurant is closed. The reception area is dirty and it looks like the whole family live there. The sign out the front says it all only the letter E in motel is illuminated. I dont recommend this run down poor quality motel. .
