Taralee is a beautiful hide-away in the Wirrabara Forest. The cabin is cozy and remote, there are walks, wineries, and wildlife within easy reach, and the hosts Paul, Renae and Raymon only too happy to help. Indi and Pip, the resident kelpies, are there for a pat whenever you need some company when sitting out on the verandah. There is a full kitchen, the bed is comfy, the combustion stove warms the place quickly with a warm glow, and there is reverse-cycle AC. The added bonus is all the produce available from their farm. We loved it.

A quiet getaway
The cottage was very comfortable and spacious, with a balcony. A great place overlooking Wirrabara Forest. A lovely place for a getaway.

Un endroit incroyable : un festival offert par les oiseaux le soir. Le cottage offre tout l'équipement nécessaire. Un seul regret : n'avoir réservé qu'une nuit dans ce petit paradis. Bravo aux propriétaires pour ce remarquable travail.

Relaxing, idyllic and refreshing
Paul and Renae are very welcoming and friendly hosts. The location of their property is remote enough to feel you've escaped from the rat race bit is also close enough to local towns, to do some exploring. A highly recommended location in a working farm/orchard, which is easily explored. Loved it and will be back!!

A lovely stay in this working orchard. Very comfortable cottage overlooking the apricot trees and two friendly dogs!
