Was great stay. Food in bistro excellent, staff excellent. Room comfortable although the toilets/shower down the corridor was a surprise lol... Only problem was early checkout,no one to collect key at 8am. Maybe a lock box near elevator to place key cards. Just a suggestion.

Out visit to Orange was great
My friend and I came to Orange from Canberra for a Flamenco concert. And stayed at Royal Hotel that night and left Orange next morning. Everything was perfect including our stay at the Royal Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed. Thaaaanks.

Rough Start, Great Recovery
Stayed here during the Easter long weekend in Orange and overall had a really good experience. We booked the cheapest room, though unfortunately we were initially assigned one of the older rooms during the hotel’s renovations, which didn’t quite match the advertised photos. We also encountered a housekeeping issue and a problem with the lights at night. That said, staff responded quickly, fixed the electrical issue, and generously upgraded us to one of their best rooms, which honestly made the rest of our stay. The service recovery was greatly appreciated and turned the experience around for us. Considering the long weekend pricing, we still felt it was good value overall.
