Very good

Beautiful property and garden all carefully curated and maintained. The staff are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The gardens are a particular joy. Afternoon tea with scones or sim and good choice of well chosen and prepared breakfasts. Sadly no resto or cafe/bar, and circa 2km from downtown.

Not 4* hotel. Breakfast is ok, Ac blows right on your face and a cramp Bathroom. Should replace 2 bedside lamps with digital alarm clocks with USB ports(more useful), since most plugins are floor level. The hot water system was so bad that we had none the first night, had to get up at 6:00 am the next day after letting tap run for 10 minutes (as I’m instructed, Malbec room, so they knew the issue 🤷🏻‍♀️), 3rd day, slept in.. no shower, they tried to reach me using my international #, we corresponded just a day before through emails… they tried🤦🏻‍♀️ The pool was so small that if 3 couple of the guests went at once it would feel like a crowded bathtub. All staffs are mostly nice, mature women .. we booked 2nd floor, in main building (big mistake), hoping a young person, could help carry our luggages since no elevator, normally it is the way😳. Expecting a charming well maintained Heritage hotel instead using Heritage for excuse @*** a night is just too pricey. My recommendation Prevelly area 👍

The manor is every bit as beautiful as it appears in photos. It provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Nestled in a picturesque location, it offers a stunning backdrop that immediately puts you at ease. The room we stayed in was elegantly designed. Large sliding doors flood the space with natural light, and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. While the soothing sounds of nature create a peaceful atmosphere, occasional noise from the nearby road can be heard. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met without being intrusive. Dining on the terrace while overlooking the garden was a definite highlight of my stay, making for a memorable experience. Overall, this historical manor is an idyllic getaway for anyone seeking relaxation and natural beauty.

Loved everything about this hotel!,The gardens are spectacular and the hotel so well decorated and maintained. The quality of the breakfast is 5 star and the staff so helpful.
