This is a wonderful hotel, and I have no complaints. While it can be a bit expensive, a great deal of thought has clearly gone into the room's design, such as the inclusion of blankets on the sofa and an abundance of towels. I highly recommend this establishment if the price is not a concern for you.

Our stay was amazing. The staff at check in were so lovely and friendly. The villa itself was beautiful and very clean. The bed was super comfy as well

Beautiful venue but with a couple of niggles
We arrived at the venue and were disappointed to find out we had to return to Hepburn Springs Spa to check in where we had had a treatment and just left. Not clearly identified for check-in. Room was lovely with a stunning view from the verandah, comfy living room, full kitchen, spa bath and comfortable bed and gas fire 🔥 However we noticed a large amount of dust on the shelf above the bed which we notified them about. It's very hard getting hold of them on the phone and had to wait on hold for about 10 mins to get an answer. Staff were apologetic and gave us a couple of spa goodies. Spa bath experience was lovely especially with mineral salts provided, dressing gowns and slippers. Unfortunately when we got back from dinner the next night we couldn't get the fire to light and the two split air systems wouldn't work properly and we went to bed and woke up in a freezing room. As its sooo hard to speak to someone we just put up with it and left feeling disappointed the next day. If Hepburn Escapes can sort out their communication and service issues this is a lovely place to stay.
