Good value for money! Could do with a freshen up. Hosts are 5 staff and very friendly

Great location for those going to the races. And the couple that look after the place were so friendly and helpful. Just really nice people . Room was great.

I've held off on a review as I have been trying to sort a refund due to the disgusting state of the place and having to leave with our children immediately and book elsewhere last minute. But no refund issued. So- FALSE ADVERTISING, DO NOT believe the photos attached to this place. The pool was mouldy green and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The room had no security screens with windows wide open, the shower/bath was mouldy and had not been cleaned, and had an old grotty non slip mat that should have been in the bin it was black from mould and deteriorating. The floors were stained, one of the beds looked like it had been slept in, the couch was covered in stains and white residue and SO awful it needed replacing. The fridge had items in it, the sink area had old sponges and was not cleaned. It looked like someone had been recently living in it! The second couch was also stained and well worn. The front sliding door was broken and hard to open/close. Overall, the room was a disgrace and for $*** per night just unacceptable! We were told we could park our vehicle out the front, yet the neighbour had their car taking up the whole space, and when we asked if it could please be moved they said we had better be quiet and couldn't believe we were staying there. The person upstairs also were shocked we were staying there and said the people downstairs go between the 2 rooms. It was an absolute disgrace and my partner immediately said we could NOT stay there and told our kids to get straight back into the car. We returned our keys immediately to be told we had not been charged and we would be able to get a credit through the booking agency. This has not happened as the Agency couldn't get in touch with the accommodation, and I also tried only to receive no reply nor help regarding this. Very upsetting, very disappointing, and considering we had to book elsewhere last minute and were left with no money it's just unacceptable. The whole building was unmaintained and we were shocked. My daughter brought her swimmers as was keen to use a pool, in no way was that happening. My kids were beyond upset with us having to try find somewhere last minute and stuck driving around as our original accommodation had not worked out. I highly recommend staying anywhere but here..

No staff. Empty reception. Staff uncontactable. Avoid

The property's exterior was out dated but apart from that I was pleasantly surprised when entering the premises,lovely and clean, very blue pool, safe for my child, our own private patio, all kitchen appliances and kitchenware you would need, and the manager was nice I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely stay I'd be happy to come back anytime will be my first choice 😀 💖
