Fun caravan park for kids to make friends, run around and play. Couple of things were a little disappointing for what I expected from an NRMA park. I think NRMA could invest some more money on upkeep. 1. Cleanliness. We stayed in the Deluxe cabin. There was black mouldy soap on the shower caddy. Kids games room is very basic, run down and was not cleaned or mopped in the 3 days we were there. I found it amusing the mop and broom are leaning up against toilet wall however we're not used. The dishes from the previous family were put away dirty - not the cleaners fault apart from maybe checking better - just frustrating to need to wash up before making a coffee or having breakfast. Crisp white linen was clean until I put the spare pillow on the floor and it picked up all the dirt and grass I hadn't noticed. You can see dust build up in corners of wardrobes also. 2. Maintenance. There is only one towel hook in the bathroom, other 2 are broken. There were holes in the plasterboard. Felt tyre on the go cart - they fixed this the next day. The jumping pillow has been out of action for awhile so no longer available. Outdoor Chess set looks fun however is missing pieces and a lot of pieces that are there are damaged do if your kids are old enough to play chess it's no good. If your kids just want to throw and kick them around - perfect. They only have 2 actual ping pong paddles to use, the others are small plastic paddles. Not expensive to buy a set of 4 for a family to play. 3. Wifi - advertised as free wifi, however when you check in they explain very poor reception so it doesn't work. You can request a dvd player for the room if needed as you only get the 4 channels in tv. They did have night movies on for the kids in school holidays and a poet. I think it's probably a great park for camping and caravaning, it's just not up to competing with other parks for family cabins. If looking for a cabin, I'd just have lower expectations which I why I gave 3 stars out of 5, just average.

Highly recommended! Very easy check in, staff were super friendly and helpful. Happy to help with all questions and suggestions for activities around the area! Room was lovely and clean with everything you need for a little getaway, I loved catching the morning sun on the little verandah! Plenty to do at the park, all very well maintained and any staff we saw were lovely. We took advantage of the Bluff Point walking track which was close by with fantastic views from the top of the hill! Thanks so much for having us, we will definitely be back!

Awesome place for RnR and much needed quiet time

Staff were so lovely, room was good for money but there was mould under the mattresses in the bunk bed ao was worried about my child breathing that in. Bunk bed room has no air conditioning so need to leave door open at night or too stuffy and hot. Facilities were ok but very disappointed we were not told slide was no longer there and outdoor cinema was out of action prior to booking. This information should probably be available prior as it was a reason we chose this place over another.
