When we love locations we tend to return to those spots ! And I have with this accommodation I have throughly enjoyed everything about this place from beautiful spacious rooms , clean presentations and even that staff !! The owner a beautiful welcoming Indian gentleman was always a delight to deal with he was great !! But yesterday my love for this hotel changed !! A rude judgemental attitude two people checked me in RON and his wife , I was spoken to in a unprofessional and unwelcoming manner, asked if I was leaving early in a horrible tone by the rude old woman , I had asked if they were the new owners RON SAID YES nice I enquired about the lovely Indian man Ron then informed me he wasn’t the owner and he was taking care on the hotel , if he is going to lie to guests about who he is that will lose points for you straight away ,I had previously spoke to a lovely lady on the phone prior to arriving a couple days about adding two more adults which was perfectly fine for me to do , Ron spoke to me like I was trying to scam them , Sadly I won’t be returning to this hotel and it’s sad that this elderly couple will be giving customers and any future guests the wrong impression and no one will return !! My recommendations for this hotel will now change as I don’t want any of my friends or family to receive this same disgusting behaviour I received RON you defiantly need to learn a thing or two in customer service your dealing with guests is very cold and unprofessional!!! I have stayed at a lot of hotels and love to review locations sharing best places and best prices and quality locations , Ron you were rude to the wrong guest !!

My impression of the Best Western Ambassador in Wagga is a pleasant one. The reception staff were friendly, and approachable, the cleaning staff friendly and efficient and the location in a very central location with shops and hospitals close by. I would recommend the Best Western Ambassador in Wagga Wagga

Excellent location only minutes away from the hospital & CBD. Very comfortable, immaculate room with plenty of space even with a (very comfortable)queen size bed. Great water pressure with instant hot water(can be hard to find in some towns). Excellent off street parking & absolutely wonderful friendly staff. Would def recommend & will absolutely stay there again.
